Very friendly, patient, punctual and affordable!  Chris did try to upsell us on the more deluxe systems.  But patiently explained the features and quality/warranties on 4 different A/C units and systems (and even discussed options for a new water heater I might need soon... again, only due to my initiating that subject). His work was done expediently and fairly cleanly! I will be recommending him to anyone now... and, if I were 20 year younger, would be interested in working with him! Oh!  His communication is very considerate and respectful; will update you on his ETA regularly.  Unlike others similar service/installation people who give a 3-4 hours time estimate and don't get more specific as the time approaches/arrives. Chris and his crew installed a tankless water heater in the utility closet of our condominium, removing the old tank water heater. Chris is very personable, smart, and effective, having readily tackled some difficult problems with the installation. His crew is also excellent. I believe the cost of his work to be reasonable and the water heater to be first rate. We love the endless supply of hot water at what will result in lower cost utility bills and an income tax rebate.
